Terms and Conditions

1. All ticket sales are final. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event is canceled by the organizer.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.
Please note that you will have to take a print out (or show a digital copy) of the ticket that you will receive from RiaTicket and show it at the venue to gain access. Any failure to provide proper identification / order printout may result in the denial of admission with no refund.

2. Transaction fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

3. Before you make any purchase, please make required minimum age restrictions put by RiaTicket seller. The RiaTicket system/process does not restrict ticket purchases by age. YOU MUST meet the required age requirements (like in some cases BE 21 to attend the event). If you do not meet the required age and do not have a valid ID, you will not be allowed into the event and you will not be given a refund.
Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue an hour before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.

4. If an event is canceled/postponed, RiaTicket will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the transaction fee.

5. The organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the cast, program, or seating arrangements (for unreserved seating).
Photography, video recording, or sound recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during the performance
The use of mobile phones or any electronic devices that emit light or sound is not permitted during the performance.
Ticket holders are expected to behave respectfully towards the performers, staff, and fellow audience members
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry on the basis of the same.

6. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.
