  • How to cancel Purchased Tickets?

    Some of our service providers / partners / cinema provide cancellation of confirmed tickets and it will reflect under ‘My Tickets’ on the app/website. Amount to be refunded , after cancellation, varies depending on cancellation policy of that particular service providers / partners / cinema.

    NOTE :

    a) Tickets that are eligible for cancellation will be displayed with “Cancel booking’ text. If you do not see that means, the ticket is not eligible for cancellation because the service provider/partner/cinema does not provide the cancellation of confirmed tickets.

    b) service providers / partners / cinema usually allow cancellation of tickets between 15 minutes to 4 hours prior to showtime. These are just general guidelines but it varies.

    c) When you select the 'Cancel booking' tab, you get to select between 'Refund to Original Payment Mode' You refund should be reflected on your original form of payment to your bank/card within 5 to 7 working days.

    d) If any coupon code or promo, etc have been applied to a booking, that amount of the transaction is will not be refunded as part of cancellation.

  • When will the ticket revenue be credited to my account?

    First make sure that you have provided required documents (as mentioned below) to your RiaTicket account representative. List of required documents: For Indian Event/Service Partner: 1) PAN card copy 2) Cancelled cheque copy 3) GST Certificate (Incase you don't have a GST Certificate, please fill the attached Declaration form and send the same 4) TDS Declaration form Your RiaTicket account representative will collect these documents or you can send these documents over to us at support@riaticket.com For event that are scheduled on a given date, after that event is completed, the revenue generated from your ticket sales will be credited to your account between 3 to 10 business days.

  • Where can I track sold tickets details i.e. amount of sold tickets, number of tickets sold etc.?

    After you logged into your partner account, click on top left corner that will open a set of left menu items for your selection. Select "Report" menu from that list and you will details on amount of sold tickets, number of tickets sold etc.

  • How do I manage scheduled event related changes like my event date needs to be rescheduled or changes to early bird price etc.?

    After you logged into your partner account, click on top left corner that will open a set of left menu items for your selection. Select "Manage Service" menu from that list. From Manage Service area you can create the new date for your event, make old date as inactive (so that old is not visible or available for selection). After you create a new date, you need ot create the price etc for your new date.

  • How to Postpone and reschedule your event?

    Your RiaTicket account representative will help you with Postpone and reschedule of your event. Please contact us at support@riaticket.com NOTE - a) If tickets are already sold for the original event date, your customers will still be able to access/use those tickets and as an organizer you will be still be able to scan those sold tickets. b) RiaTicket representative will help you with email/SMS your attendees and respond to refund requests from attendees who can no longer attend.

  • Your Profile/Account

  • Create a RiaTicket Account

    You can create an account through the RiaTicket app using your mobile number. Once created, this mobile number can be used to login. You will get an OTP (your One-Time Code) on your registered mobile phone that is used as a password to log into your account.

    Beyond buying tickets, what else can you do with an account? Your account allows you to see purchased tickets. Able to use your QR code for your purchased tickets at the gate.

    To create an account through your mobile device, follow the following steps:

    1 - Download and open the RiaTicket App. (From Google Playstore or Apple Playstore)

    2 - Tap onto downloaded RiaTicket App on your device.

    3 - Enter your Mobile number and Tap Get Started.

    4 - Tap Register on next screen.

    5 - Enter your name, and mobile number. Tap Register.

    6 - Get your One-Time Code. Enter your One-Time Code, and tap Verify. NOTE: Standard data and messaging rates may apply.

  • How to use Purchased Tickets

    For Tickets purchased with Credit or Debit Card : Once you purchase a ticket using your credit / debit card, you will see a QR code and that QR code is your ticket and you can directly proceed to the gate for check-in. (No need to visit any counter for real physical ticket or anything).

    For Tickets purchased as “Cash at Counter” : Once you purchase a ticket as Cash at Counter, you will see a QR code and that QR code is your token for payment at the counter. Proceed to the ticket counter and make cash payment at the counter. Once you make payment, a NEW QR will be displayed under our my ticket and that will be your ticket. Now you can directly proceed to the gate for check-in.

    NOTE: a) Until you make payment at the counter, you will have NO tickets for entry. b) You can change cash at counter to credit/debit card payment from your device. With that you do not have to go to the ticket counter and our system will generate your ticket QR code image, after successful payment with credit/debit card. With that you can directly proceed to the gate for check-in. (No need to visit any counter for real physical ticket or anything).

  • How to validate or check in customers?

    You can use Scan QR code link from the Store App.

    OR

    You can use manual validation using a unique ticket number and a pin associated with that ticket number. Unique ticket number and pin associated with that ticket number will be provided by the customer.

  • Delete RiaTicket Account

  • How can I delete my RiaTicket account?

    You can delete your account from the RiaCab app or send an email request to RiaCab admin team at support@riacab.com Before you can delete your account request thru RiaCab admin team at support@riacab.com, RiaCab admin team will ask you to provide registered details like your name, email, cell number etc.



    Delete your account from the app

    1) Go to Account then to top left corner three horizontal line bars that will take you to your profile screen
    2) Select Your profile image or Name
    3) Scroll down and tap Account Deletion
