1. Ticket Purchase:
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
- Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.
- Please note that you will have to take a print out (or show a digital copy) of the ticket that you will receive from RiaTicket and show it at the venue to gain access. Any failure to provide proper identification / order printout may result in the denial of admission with no refund.

2. Admission
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or require a ticket holder to leave the venue.

3. Alterations
- The organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the cast, program, or seating arrangements.
- Before you make any purchase, please make required minimum age restrictions put by RiaTicket seller. The RiaTicket system/process does not restrict ticket purchases by age. YOU MUST meet the required age requirements (like in some cases BE 21 to attend the event). If you do not meet the required age and do not have a valid ID, you will not be allowed into the event and you will not be given a refund.

4. Photography and Recording
- Photography, video recording, or sound recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during the performance
- The use of mobile phones or any electronic devices that emit light or sound is not permitted during the performance.

5. Food and Beverages
- Food and beverages are not allowed inside the auditorium. Please consume any snacks or beverages outside the designated performance area.

6. Behavior
- Ticket holders are expected to behave respectfully towards the performers, staff, and fellow audience members
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

7. Health and Safety
- Ticket holders must comply with all health and safety protocols in place at the venue, including but not limited to mask-wearing and social distancing requirements.

8. Lost or Stolen Tickets
- The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
- Duplicate tickets will not be issued

9. Cancellation or Postponement
- In the event of a cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of booking.
- Refunds will be issued for canceled events, but not for postponed events.
- In some unforeseen instances or few other particular instances for any reason, venues and advertised times are subject to change. In that case your tickets are still valid but you will not request for to get any refund.

10. Liability
- The organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by ticket holders while attending the event.
