1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.

2. A transaction fee per ticket may be charged. Please review the total amount before completing payment.

3. Event organizers and venues may deny or delay late entry. We recommend arriving at the venue at least one hour before the event starts to help ensure smooth entry.

4. If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be processed according to the applicable event, organizer, seller and RIATICKET refund policies. Transaction and processing fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Every venue may have its own rules and regulations. The venue and event organizer may deny entry when those rules are not followed.

6. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time by the seller or event organizer, subject to applicable law.
