Click Sign In from the header, enter your registered email or phone number, and complete any required verification step such as OTP or password verification.

On the Sign In page, click Forgot Password. Follow the reset instructions sent to your registered email or phone number. For security, password reset links or codes may expire after a short time.

Go to Account Settings, open Profile Info, update your email address and complete email verification if requested. Your future booking confirmations will be sent to the updated email address.

Open Account Settings and update your phone number. For security, RIATICKET may ask you to verify the new number with an OTP before saving it.

You can update your name, email, phone number and saved preferences from your Account & Profile settings. Some fields may require verification before changes are applied.

Go to Login & Security, enter your current password, then set a new password. Use a strong password that you do not use on other websites.

Go to Notification Settings to choose what emails and updates you want to receive. You may manage booking confirmations, event reminders, offers, newsletters and account alerts.

Contact support or open Account Settings to request account deletion. Some order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained as required by law or platform policy.

RIATICKET uses security controls to protect account information. To keep your account safe:

• Do not share your password or OTP.
• Do not share your ticket QR codes publicly.
• Use a strong password.
• Contact support if you notice suspicious activity.
