You can search from the homepage search bar by entering an event name, venue, city, attraction, park, zoo, museum, or keyword.
You can also use filters such as location, date, category, ticket type, and price range to narrow your results.
Event pages may show one of three ticket formats:
- Open-dated ticket: valid during a date range or business validity period.
- Date-bound ticket: valid only on the selected date, but usually any time during opening hours.
- Date & time ticket: valid only for the selected date and time slot.
On the event details page, select your preferred date or time slot and choose ticket quantities from the available ticket types.
If a ticket type is sold out, unavailable, or restricted by age or group rules, the system will show it before checkout.
Tickets are not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
In some cases, selected tickets may be temporarily reserved during checkout, but prices and availability are not guaranteed until payment confirmation.
After successful payment, your order is confirmed and e-tickets are generated.
You can download tickets from the confirmation page, access them from your account, or use the ticket link sent to your email.
Yes. During checkout, enter the attendee details for the person who will use the ticket.
For events requiring ID verification, the attendee name should match the ID shown at entry.
Child ticket rules depend on the event or venue.
Some events offer free child tickets with adult purchase, while others require a separate ticket for every attendee.
Always check the age policy shown on the event page.
Prices can change due to early-bird offers, sale pricing, demand, section pricing, group discounts, taxes, fees, or organizer updates.
The final amount is shown in your order summary before payment.
Once an order is paid and confirmed, changes depend on the event organizer’s policy.
Some tickets may be non-changeable or non-refundable.
