Yes. Card details are collected securely using a payment processor such as Stripe. RIATICKET does not store your full card number or CVV on our servers. Your transaction is processed over encrypted connections.

A payment can be declined for several reasons:

• Incorrect card number, expiry date, or CVV.
• Insufficient funds or card limit reached.
• Bank security verification failed.
• Card not enabled for online or international purchases.
• Temporary issue with the payment provider.

Try another payment method or contact your bank if the issue continues.

You are charged only after you confirm payment and the payment is successfully authorized. Your tickets are generated after successful payment confirmation.

Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer’s cancellation and refund policy. Some tickets may be non-refundable, while others may allow refunds within a specific time window. Check the event policy before booking or contact support for help.

Once a refund is approved and processed, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Yes. After your order is confirmed, you can download your receipt or invoice from the order confirmation page or from your account order history.

The event card may show the base ticket price. The final checkout summary shows ticket price, booking fee, taxes, discounts, and the final amount before payment.
