• Screenshots, emails or messages related to the issue.

Do not use or share suspicious tickets received outside the official RIATICKET flow.

Prohibited items vary by venue and event. Common restricted items may include:

• Large bags or luggage.
• Outside food or drinks.
• Professional cameras or recording equipment.
• Illegal substances or items banned by venue rules.

If an event is postponed or cancelled, the organizer or RIATICKET will usually notify buyers by email. Depending on the event policy, options may include:

• Use the ticket for the new date.
