Each event page shows venue name, full address, map location, and other venue details. When available, RIATICKET also shows:

• Parking information.
• Entry gate or check-in instructions.
• Accessibility information.
• Venue contact or organizer notes.

Event pages display the scheduled start time and, when available, the end time. Some attractions, parks, zoos, or museums may use open-dated or date-bound tickets that are valid during regular operating hours instead of a fixed event time.

Age restrictions depend on the organizer or venue. Some events may be family-friendly, while others may require attendees to be a certain age. Check the event details page for:

• Child ticket rules.
• Free child entry rules.
• Adult-only or age-restricted entry.
• ID requirements at entry.

Venue rules differ by event and location. Most venues list restrictions for food, drinks, bags, cameras, and prohibited items on the event page or venue guidelines. To avoid entry delays, review these rules before arrival.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, RIATICKET or the event organizer will usually notify you by email. Available options may include:

• Use your existing ticket for the new date.
• Request a refund if allowed by organizer policy.
• Receive account credit or other options if offered.

Date and time changes depend on the ticket type and event policy. Open-dated tickets usually offer more flexibility. Date-bound and date/time tickets may have stricter change rules. Contact support if you selected the wrong date or time.

Common restricted items may include:

• Large bags or luggage.
• Outside food or drinks.
• Professional cameras or recording equipment.
• Weapons or hazardous items.
• Items banned by venue security rules.
